Army recruitment in schools

From the article in the New Statesman it's obvious that the Army has to reach targets, and that they do recruit pupils from low income schools on a regular basis. I don't think that the argument should be confused with whether one agrees with the army or not- fact of the matter is that pupils from low income families are recruited on a much more regular basis.
