Rwyf yn y siambr ar hyn o bryd, a newydd neud cyfraniad am ddyfodol Remploy yng Nghymru. Yn ol gwybodaeth rwyf wedi derbyn gan Undebau ym ffatri Penybont, mae Penaethiaid y cwmni yn derbyn codiad cyflog sylweddol am gynnig trafodaethau un wrth un ynghylch dyfodol y diwydiant! Rwy'n credu bod e'n hollol annerbyniol i Benaethiaid cwmniau buddio yn y fath modd o feddwl y medrir nifer fawr o bobl golli eu swyddi o ganlyniad i'r newidiadau posib i Remploy.

Mae Jane Hutt yn ateb cwestiynnau heddiw, yn amlwg yn lle Rhodri Morgan. Un cwestiwn arall sydd gen i ar y biben nwy LNG a'i heffaith negyddol ar cymunedau yng Ngorllewin De Cymru. Y mater pwysig ar y foment yw'r gorsaf blastio yng Nghilfrew. Mae cynlluniau ar gyfer creu'r gorsaf yn agos iawn at dai pobl lleol ar hyn o bryd, ac yn meddwl bod nhw o fewn ardal risg uchel os fydd damweiniau. Mae angen ail edrych ar safle'r gorsaf blasto yn sicr, a gwrando ar barn y bobl lleol.

Just to say that Ieuan Wyn Jones will become Deputy First Minister tomorrow, and there will be a press event tomorrow to highlight this as well. It's vitally important that there is a member of the Plaid Cymru Assembly team taking part in Government proceedings in light of the fact that discussions are stalled somewhat due to Rhodri Morgan's illness.

I am in the Chamber at the moment, and I've just reacted to a question on the future of Remploy in Wales. According to information that I have received from Union Officials of the Bridgend factoy, Factory Managers are being given bonuses to hold so-called 'briefing sessions' with staff to discuss the consultation and the future of Remploy! I think that it is absurd that Managers can benefit in such a way considering that so many people could lose their jobs if the consultation suggests that plans are given the go ahead.

Jane Hutt is answering First Minister questions today. I have one other quesion today on the LNG pipeline which is having a detrimental effect on people in many parts of Wales, including South Wales West. The pressing issue at the moment is the location of the blasting station in Cilfrew. The current plans for the station means that it will be located near to people's homes- which means that many could live within the likely blast zone. There needs to be a review of the location of this blasting station, and a concerted effort to listen to local people and campaigners.
